By accessing and using Oven Bird Cafe's services, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Reservations

All reservations are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations in case of unforeseen circumstances. Advance booking is recommended, especially for large groups and special events.

3. Cancellation Policy

For regular dining reservations, we request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. For event bookings, cancellation terms will be specified in your booking agreement. Failure to show up for a reservation may result in restrictions on future bookings.

4. Payment Terms

We accept various payment methods including cash, credit/debit cards, and digital wallets. For event bookings, advance payment or deposits may be required as specified in your booking agreement.

5. Food Allergies and Dietary Requirements

Please inform our staff of any food allergies or dietary restrictions when placing your order. While we take all precautions, we cannot guarantee that our dishes are completely free from allergens due to shared cooking equipment.

6. Conduct and Behavior

We expect all guests to behave respectfully towards our staff and other patrons. We reserve the right to refuse service or ask guests to leave if they engage in disruptive, offensive, or illegal behavior.

7. Liability

While we strive to provide a safe environment, Oven Bird Cafe is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury to persons or property unless caused by our negligence.

8. Photography and Media

Photography for personal use is welcome. However, commercial photography or videography requires prior permission from management.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
